Notebook check on Thursday and point system discussed
Topics and topic selection. Students can download file of starter research.
Annotated bibliography. Instructor showed how to pull up only 102 posts and find the Links Post. Instructor showed how to develop keywords and where the databases were from the UCC Web site.
After class, the librarians were consulted regarding the date mix-up. The new date for our citation class is Tuesday, February 12. Students should still do the annotation assignment as previously planned. It will be considered a rough draft. You will have the chance to revise it after the February 12 class. A grade will be given on the revision.
Topic for the Thursday class is how to write Point 1 of the research paper.
