Wednesday

Students wrote a radio commercial during the first 20" of class. The commercial is to be typed and turned in at the next class.

The instructor gave students a handout which showed the dates for the TV commercial and other advertising projects.

Blondie, DeWayne, and Valentino presented car  Superbowl commercials. We looked at GM and Chrysler commercials.

Prepare for reading check, per handout (Ch's 4 & 9). Finish coupon assignment, as it is due on Monday.

Smashing Magazine is a UK designer magazine. It sponsors a contest each month for computer wallpaper. Spring designs here.

Writing 102 Sat

Take your three points and add transitions. Highlight the transitions. Add a lot of transitions.

Next week we will write the intro and conclusion in class.

Take your paper home and edit it, add subheads, clean up sources and make sure they are accurate and put the paper in final form and bring it in April 16th
